If SQLPro for Postgres is not right for you, email me within 30 days of your purchase and I will refund it in full. This covers the Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime plans bought on this website. No forms and no need to explain why.
How to request a refund
Email kyle@hankinsoft.com with the email address you used to buy, or your order number. I usually reply within one business day. Refunds go back to your original payment method. How long your bank takes to show it varies.
Subscriptions
Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically. A refund cancels the subscription so it will not renew again. You can also ask me to cancel at any time, and I will stop future renewals. Your license stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, unless you ask for a refund.
Bought through an app store?
Purchases made in the App Store, Google Play or Microsoft Store must be refunded by the store you bought from. Contact them directly, because I cannot refund those purchases or see them. Each store has its own refund rules and time limits:
