What to include
- The platform you use (macOS, iPhone or iPad, Android or Windows) and its version.
- The SQLPro for Postgres version (under the app menu on Mac, or in Settings on mobile).
- What you were doing, what happened and any error message.
Purchases and refunds
Purchases are handled by FastSpring (website) or by the App Store, Google Play and Microsoft Store. If a purchase does not appear in the app, or you have a question about an order or refund, email me with your order details and I will sort it out. Purchases on this website have a 30-day money-back guarantee.
